Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Overview

At Digital Primed, we strive to deliver high-quality, data-driven digital marketing, website development, and branding experiences. Since we deal with custom digital assets and human resource allocations, our refund and cancellation terms are clearly structured to protect both our clients and our agency operations.

By signing a service agreement or making an advance payment for any service with Digital Primed, you automatically agree to the terms mentioned in this policy.

Because digital services require upfront resource blocking, strategy mapping, and custom engineering, we follow a strict milestone-based payment and refund architecture.

2. Website Development Services

For custom web layout development and UI/UX projects, payments are usually split into strategic milestones (e.g., Advance Deposit, Design Approval, Beta Launch, and Final Delivery):

  • Advance Deposits: The initial project kickoff setup fee or advance deposit is 100% non-refundable once the project briefing, framework analysis, or UI prototyping has started.
  • Active Milestone Stages: Once a project milestone is reviewed, approved, and signed off by the client, the payments associated with that specific stage cannot be refunded under any circumstances.
  • Project Stagnation: If a project is delayed or put on hold by the client for more than 30 consecutive days without prior notice, the contract will be considered frozen, and any advance balances will be forfeited.

3. Recurring Services (SEO & Performance Marketing)

For ongoing retainers such as Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Local GMB Optimizations, and Performance Paid Ad Campaigns:

  • Monthly Retainers: Payments for recurring monthly marketing packages are billed in advance and are non-refundable. We block specific computing assets and human hours for your account at the start of the monthly cycle.
  • Campaign Budgets: Any third-party ad spend budgets (paid directly to Meta, Google, or Snapchat Ads) are non-refundable as they are consumed in real-time by the respective advertising platform ad auctions.

4. Cancellation Process

We believe in keeping things transparent. If you choose to terminate a recurring monthly service engagement with us:

You must submit a formal written cancellation request via email to our official communication address at least 15 days prior to your next scheduled billing invoice generation cycle. Failure to notify within this period will result in the automated generation and validity of the upcoming invoice.

5. Exceptions & Discretion

Refund requests are only evaluated on an extraordinary case-by-case basis at the sole management discretion of Digital Primed. If an error, major technical malfunction, or delivery failure occurs strictly from our engineering desk, a partial mutual settlement may be structured after calculating hours already spent on project discovery and raw asset designs.
